What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For projector lamps, MOQ is typically 1 piece for samples and 10+ pieces for bulk orders. For Shusen brand smart projectors and OEM/ODM projects, MOQ varies by model — contact us for details. We're flexible and can accommodate different order sizes.
What warranty do you offer?
Shusen brand projector lamps come with a 6-month warranty. Original brand lamps carry the manufacturer's warranty. Smart projectors have a 12-month warranty. If you receive a defective product, contact us with photos/videos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
How long does shipping take?
We ship via DHL, FedEx, and UPS for express orders (3-7 business days to most countries). For bulk orders, sea freight is available (15-35 days depending on destination). We also offer air freight for time-sensitive orders. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, volume, and destination.
Do you provide product compatibility information?
Yes! We have a comprehensive compatibility database. If you're not sure which lamp model fits your projector, just tell us your projector brand and model number, and we'll find the correct lamp for you. We support Epson, BenQ, Acer, Panasonic, NEC, Sony, Optoma, Hitachi, ViewSonic, Christie, Sharp, and Vivitek.
Can I customize products with my own brand (OEM/ODM)?
Absolutely. We offer OEM/ODM services for our Shusen brand smart projectors. You can customize the logo, packaging, specifications, and even software. MOQ for OEM/ODM projects depends on the model — contact us with your requirements for a detailed proposal.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer (T/T), PayPal, Western Union, and Alibaba Trade Assurance. For large orders, we typically require a 30% deposit with the balance due before shipment. Payment terms can be negotiated for established customers.
